More than 2,300 Tar Heels became Carolina alumni Dec. 16 as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill celebrated its annual Winter Commencement.
Carolina’s newest graduates will take their skills to work toward cures for deadly diseases like AIDS and cancer, close educational, economic and health gaps in society, and advance economies and knowledge for the public good.
